Cocktails

VASSA nonalcoholic cocktails are a great alternative for every occasion. VASSA drinks are not a substitute, but undergo a distillation process, making them ideal for cocktails. It is thanks to the original formula that you can enjoy the familiar taste in situations where you don't want or can't drink alcohol.

Warm non-alcoholic cocktails

	VASSA HOT LOVE 5cl VASSA ZERO G 2 cups of water 10cl cranberry juice 1cl lemon juice 0.5 cup light brown sugar 3 teabags of chai tea Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil, then add 3 teabags of CHAI TEA. Allow to infuse for 2 minutes and then remove the tea bags. Place all ingredients except VASSA ZERO G in a saucepan and gradually heat to below boiling point!  Be careful not to let it get to the boiling point! Pour into a mug or heatproof glass and finally add the VASSA ZERO G and serve. Garnish with a lemon wheel studded with cloves or freeze-dried red fruit.
	VASSA HOT APPLE 5cl VASSA ZERO R 2cl cup cider or unfiltered apple juice 3 tablespoons of blossom honey 2 cinnamon sticks and more for garnish 2 teaspoons whole cloves 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice apple slices for garnish In a small saucepan, mix the apple cider (or apple juice), honey, cinnamon sticks and cloves. Bring to the boil, then immediately remove from the heat and let it simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Strain and finally stir in the VASSA ZERO R and lemon juice. Divide among several mugs and garnish each mug with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
	VASSA HOT ORANGE 5cl VASSA ZERO V 10cl hot orange juice 5cl water 2 cinnamon sticks and more for decoration a teaspoon of dark sugar ground cinnamon orange slice Mix a teaspoon of dark sugar, 5cl of water and 2 cinnamon sticks in a saucepan and bring to the boil until the sugar dissolves. Leave to cool slightly covered with a lid for 10 min. Add the hot orange juice and finally the VASSA ZERO V. Garnish with 2 cinnamon sticks and a slice of orange.

Cocktails with VASSA ZERO G

	VASSA PARADISE 5 cl VASSA ZERO G 2 cl apricot juice 1.5 cl orange juice Pour the above ingredients into a shaker partially filled with ice in the prescribed quantity. Mix the shaker well and then pour into a chilled glass (preferably a cocktail glass). Serve the cocktail without ice. You can garnish it with a piece of orange peel.
	VASSA NEGRONI 8 cl VASSA ZERO G 2cl San Bitter 3cl cranberry juice Pour ice into Old Fashioned Glass, then pour VASSA ZERO G, cranberry juice and San Bitter in the prescribed quantity. Finally, garnish with a piece of orange. Negroni should then be best served as an aperitif.
	VASSA GIN TONIC VASSA ZERO G Indian Tonic Pour the tonic into a tall glass and add ice. Then pour into a VASSA ZERO G glass, preferably in a 1:1 ratio of zero gin:tonic. Finally, put a few pieces of lime in the glass to give the cocktail the right taste.

Cocktails with VASSA ZERO V

	VASSA MULE 8 cl VASSA ZERO V 1/2 of lime 15 cl ginger soda First put half a lime in a glass, then pour the entire measured volume of VASSA ZERO V. Fill the glass with ice cubes to the brim. Finally, pour the ginger soda. Just mix it with a spoon. Stir slowly so that no ice falls out and the ginger does not foam. Garnish the cocktail with a piece of fresh lime and add fresh ginger.
	VASSA COSMOPOLITAN 7 cl VASSA ZERO VODKA 4 cl lime juice 4 cl cranberry juice a few drops of lemon (or lime) juice Place all ingredients in the shaker and shake vigorously. Serve VASSA Cosmopolitan in a V-shaped cocktail glass, almost ice-free. Place the ice in the glass before serving to chilled the glass. Remove the ice before pouring the cocktail. Garnish the glass with a slice of lemon, lime or orange.
	VASSA ORANGE 7 cl VASSA ZERO V 10 cl Original OranSoda a few pieces of mint and a slice of orange Fill the shaker with ice. Add VASSA ZERO V and top up with original OranSoda. Stir well and long enough to mix them while chilling the ice. Then pour the contents of the shaker into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Finally, garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of orange and serve.

 

Cocktails with VASSA ZERO R

	VASSA CUBA LIBRE 7 cl VASSA ZERO R 12 cl Cola a few slices of lime or 1 cl of lime syrup ice Put a few ice cubes and sliced lime (or a few drops of lime syrup) in a glass, pour VASSA ZERO R and add Coke to the rest of the glass.
	VASSA DARK MOJITO 10 cl VASSA ZERO R 10 cl Original Mojito Soda a few pieces of mint and a slice of lime Fill the glass with ice. Add VASSA ZERO R and top up with Original MojitoSoda. Finally, garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
	VASSA MAI TAI 8 cl VASSA  ZERO R 1.5 cl orange juice 1.5 cl almond syrup 1 cl fresh lime juice Pour all ingredients except VASSA ZERO R into the shaker and add ice. Mix the shaker well and pour into a High Ball Glass. Then slowly add the prescribed amount of dark VASSA ZERO R, garnish with a slice of pineapple and a slice of lime and serve.
