SHIPPING
Orders over 1500 CZK have FREE shipping. Everything will be calculated, deducted and not counted in the cart.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIMES
We don't want you to have to wait for our great products. That's why we have everything in stock. On weekdays, the selected products will be at your home within 2 days of ordering.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Personal messenger
Fast parcel transportation by DPD, PPL or Messenger driver on weekdays MO to FA directly to the delivery address, payment by credit card or cash to the driver.
Delivery time: on weekdays orders placed before 10:00 a.m. are dispatched the same day, others are dispatched the next working day after receipt of the order. (The price of shipping is 169 CZK, for orders over 1500 CZK it is FREE).
PAYMENT OPTIONS
On-line payments are handled for us by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.
By credit or debit card
The fastest way to pay online. You enter your card number, expiry date and CVC code - three numbers that can be found in the signature strip on the back of your card - into the ComGate interface. It's all secured with the 3D Secure standard, so you'll probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you'll receive via text message from your bank.
Payment is made in real time, usually within five minutes of entering the necessary details. This allows for the fastest possible delivery of your order.
(The fee for payment by credit card is FREE.)
Cash on delivery
The old-fashioned way from wallet to wallet or by card with the courier driver. The appropriate amount will be collected from you by a delivery person upon delivery.
(The cash on delivery fee is 49 CZK and will be charged to you when you finalise your order.)
Online payment transfer
If you don't use a credit card to pay online and don't want to pay extra for cash on delivery, you can use an online payment transfer. You set up a payment order directly during checkout and the order is paid for straight away.
